Start with a Conversation, Not a Commitment.

Because understanding changes everything.

You don’t need a diagnosis to book this session so that you can start with a conversation. You don’t need to have your history organised, your questions perfectly worded, or a clear sense of what you’re looking for. You just need to show up.

What This Session Is

A free, 45-minute conversation between you and Deborah — no framework to fit yourself into, no clinical checklist, no pressure to explain your whole life in one sitting.

This is a chance to find out whether this practice is the right fit for you, and for Deborah to understand, in broad strokes, where you are and what you’re looking for. Nothing more is decided here. Nothing more is expected of you.

What This Session Is Not

It isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a diagnostic assessment. Deborah won’t hand you a label or a treatment plan at the end of it. This is coaching — a different kind of relationship, built around your experience rather than a predetermined process.

Who This Is For

  • Late-diagnosed neurodivergent women
  • Self-identified and exploring women, with or without formal diagnosis
  • Anyone at a point of transition — the correct explanation has arrived, and you’re not yet sure what to do with it

If you recognise yourself in any of that, you’re in the right place.

If You’re Still Deciding

That hesitation is familiar territory here. Many of the women who reach out have already tried other kinds of support and are wary of another disappointing conversation. This session carries no obligation and no follow-up pressure — book it, see how it feels, and decide from there.

Ready When You Are

Pick a time in the booking app above. That’s the only step.
