The Correct Explanation

A Coaching Package for Late-Diagnosed, Self-Identified, and Exploring Neurodivergent Women

What This Is

A twelve-session, one-to-one coaching package for women who have spent decades carrying the wrong explanation for their own experience — late-diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring what fits: ADHD, autism, AuDHD, giftedness, or a combination. This is coaching, not therapy. The work is not to fix, manage, or transform you. It is to help you finally be seen accurately, and to build a life from that accuracy rather than from the story you were given by mistake.

The Correct Explanation

Who It’s For

  • Late-diagnosed neurodivergent women — ADHD, autism, AuDHD, twice-exceptional, or any combination
  • Self-identified and exploring women, with or without a formal diagnosis
  • Women at a point of transition — the correct explanation has arrived, and the gap between who you were living as and who you actually are needs somewhere to go

How It Works — Three Phases, Twelve Sessions

Phase 1 — The Correct Explanation  Sessions 1–4

Establishing safety and being heard accurately, then rereading your history through the correct lens — replacing shame-based explanations with accurate ones.

Phase 2 — The Actual Inventory  Sessions 5–8

An honest, unflinching picture of who you actually are — genuine strengths, real patterns, and what masking has actually cost you.

Phase 3 — The Forward Shape  Sessions 9–12

Practical, grounded decisions from real self-knowledge — what needs to change, what can stay, and what was never yours to carry.

What Each Session Looks Like

  • 60 minutes, one-to-one, the same reliable structure every time
  • A settling-in opening that doesn’t ask you to perform okayness
  • 35–40 minutes of client-led, coach-held inquiry — you speak, and what you actually said is reflected back, accurately, without editing
  • A clear landing, where you name what you’re taking with you — never homework, never assigned
  • A clean, unhurried close

What Makes This Different

Deborah Mason is late-diagnosed neurodivergent herself — ADHD, giftedness, and the specific exhaustion of a lifetime spent giving people the version of you they could hold. This practice exists because that lived understanding is very difficult to reach through training alone. You will not need to manage this practitioner’s response to you.

Investment

Single session — $95  (pay-as-you-go)

Full 12-session package — $997.50  (12.5% off — normally $1,140)

The package secures your pace through all three phases at a saving over pay-as-you-go, without locking you into a fixed schedule — the twelve sessions are used at whatever pace fits.

A short, no-pressure introductory call is available before you commit, to check this is the right fit on both sides.

What You’ll Leave With

  • The correct explanation for your own experience, in your own words
  • An honest inventory of who you actually are — strengths, patterns, and costs included
  • A forward shape that fits the actual you, not the constructed one

Ready to Begin or Are You Still Deciding?

That hesitation is familiar territory here. Many of the women who reach out have already tried other kinds of support and are wary of another disappointing conversation. This session carries no obligation and no follow-up pressure — book it, see how it feels, and decide from there.
